Frequently asked questions about AROS hydraulic cylinders
AROS Hydraulik manufactures hydraulic cylinders according to customer specifications - single or double-acting hydraulic cylinders, servo cylinders and telescopic cylinders up to a length of 17500 mm.ZE0, ZE1) eignen sich, wenn die Rückstellkraft durch Eigengewicht oder äußere Kräfte aufgebracht werden kann.
AROS hydraulic cylinders impress with their durability, which is due to high-quality materials and precise workmanship. In contrast to series products, they are manufactured individually to meet specific needs and requirements — the focus is always on the customer. This tailor-made approach ensures optimum fit and maximum reliability in industrial applications.
High load capacity, precise manufacturing and cost efficiency compared to standard cylinders.
Depending on the series, up to eleven designs are available — including:
• Basic version without mounting (X)
• Swivel eye (A/B)
• Normal and wide joint bearings (G/K)
• Fork (H)
• Cylinder head or base flange (C/D)
• Swivel pin (E)
• Foot mount (F)
In addition, mounting eyes of various types (SA1, SA2, GK1, GA2) are available to be screwed onto the piston rod.
Yes, integrated position sensors and valve connections for smart systems.
Special cylinder specification (PDF)Each cylinder is tested for tightness and function in accordance with AROS standards and in accordance with ISO 10100 before it leaves the factory.
The mechanical alignment of the movement axis must be ensured; lateral forces on the piston rod and piston must be observed. The buckling load of the piston rod must be taken into account — AROS calculates it mathematically upon request. If end positions are approached at more than 0.1 m/s, a cylinder with end position damping is recommended. The general AROS operating and assembly instructions apply to assembly, commissioning and maintenance; service and repair work should be carried out by AROS or specially trained personnel.
