The hydraulic unit drives a test bench, which can be used to supply three parallel drives. There are three pump units with 54 l/min, 37 l/min and 7.8 l/min. The high-pressure unit supplies a pressure booster which a pressure of up to 1000 bar can build up. A programmable servo valve in NG10 is used to individually control the main drive.

A hydraulic unit is a compact unit for generating hydraulic energy, which consists of a pump, motor, tank and valves.

The pump sucks liquid out of the tank, creates pressure and transfers it via valves to consumers, such as cylinders.

The core parts include motor, pump, hydraulic oil tank, filters, valves and accessories such as coolers or sensors.

Pressure (bar), flow rate (l/min), output (kW), tank size and operating voltage are decisive.

Take into account the pressure, the flow rate (the volume flow), the movement cycle and the size of your drive units as well as the environmental conditions.

Use the following formula:
Power (kW) = (flow rate (l/min) × pressure (bar))/600.

They are typically used in industry and in classic mechanical engineering. They are used to achieve high forces with a compact design (presses, conveyors, etc.). In some cases, hydraulic units can also be found in large vehicles and mining equipment (conveyor belts for ore).
